Es war mal wieder soweit und ich schn\u00fcrte heute morgen\u00a0mein Rucks\u00e4cklein f\u00fcr den Duathlon in Hiltpoltstein. Bei sch\u00f6nstem Wetter starteten wir 13:46 ins Rennen und ich war schon gespannt, was mich da erwartet, da ich den Duathlon in Hilpoltstein\u00a0zum ersten Mal bestritt.\u00a0Tolle Organisation und Kuchenbuffet!!<\/p>\n

Was mir allerdings den Atem verschlagen hat, war der erste Laufsplit! Der hatte\u00a0mehr H\u00f6henmeter als die gesamte Radstrecke \ud83d\ude09 Aber landschaftlich sehr reizvoll, wenn man\u00a0Zeit zum Genie\u00dfen gehabt h\u00e4tte.
\nNach etwas mehr als 8 Kilometer war der Spuk dann aber auch schon vorbei und ich konnte mit meiner Performance ganz zufrieden sein. Leider ging der Wettkampf dann aber weiter \ud83d\ude09 Auf dem Rad muss ich ehrlich zugeben, habe ich heute gemerkt, dass mir noch die harten Einheiten fehlen, da konnte ich nicht so fahren wie ich\u00a0mir gew\u00fcnscht h\u00e4tte. Demzufolge verlor ich einige Pl\u00e4tze und lief schlussendlich als 14er ins Ziel.\u00a0Aber alles in allem ein sch\u00f6ner Wettkampftag, der jetzt die hei\u00dfe Phase, die letzten 8 Wochen der Challenge Vorbereitung, einleitet. Rock’n Roll!!!<\/p>\n

Was mich besonders gefreut hat, war dass meine beiden Athleten Michael und Daniel sich jeweils um mehrere Minuten gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr verbessern konnten, und dass obwohl heuer deutlich mehr Wind auf der Strecke war. Michael h\u00e4tte mich sogar fast noch eingeholt, nur ein Krampf bei ihm\u00a0verhinderte Schlimmeres \ud83d\ude09 Tobi, mein Vereinskollege vom VFL Triteam\u00a0N\u00fcrnberg, ist doch glatt Dritter\u00a0geworden, Gl\u00fcckwunsch!<\/p>\n
