Dabei viel Grundlage auf dem Rad, um nicht zu \u00fcberziehen. Nichtsdestotrotz bin ich heut ziemlich geschafft und werde mich erstmal erholen. Aufgefallen ist mir in diesen vier Tagen, dass man zuhause im Vergleich zum Trainingslager weniger isst, und daher nach 2-3 Tagen ziemlich schnell leer l\u00e4uft. Darauf werde ich n\u00e4chstes Mal gesondert achten, und mir was vorkochen. Denn Bock nach dem Training noch\u00a0selber den Herd anzuschmei\u00dfen, hatte ich\u00a0irgendwie mal gar\u00a0nicht\u00a0\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-XkprptSFdoo\/TbZ87dhC9jI\/AAAAAAAACWI\/19K7mcJ3z5M\/s1600\/training.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-XkprptSFdoo\/TbZ87dhC9jI\/AAAAAAAACWI\/19K7mcJ3z5M\/s400\/training.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"220\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">Anklicken zum Vergr\u00f6\u00dfern<\/span><\/div>\n<p>Am Freitag wurde in N\u00fcrnberg auch\u00a0das erste Freibad er\u00f6ffnet, und ich lie\u00df es mir nat\u00fcrlich nicht nehmen, um 8 Uhr\u00a0fr\u00fch zur Premiere ins 21 Grad kalte Wasser zu steigen.
