Ist noch nix f\u00fcr \u00c4stheten, aber immerhin \ud83d\ude42 Alle Schwimmtestzeiten wurden damit verpulverisiert, da ich pro Wende ca.\u00a0eine Sekunde spare. N\u00fctzt mir f\u00fcrs Freiwasser im Sommer nicht viel, es sei denn ich rolle mich durch den See, aber f\u00fcr die Ligawettk\u00e4mpfe schon, da dort fast immer im Freibad geschwommen wird. Au\u00dferdem habe ich ein fl\u00fcssigeres Schwimmgef\u00fchl im Training, da der &#8222;Schwimmflu\u00df&#8220; nicht immer durchs am Beckenrand festhalten, unterbrochen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Des weiteren erkenne ich \u00fcber die letzten Wochen und Monate eine &#8222;erw\u00fcnschte&#8220; Erh\u00f6hung meines Grundlagentempos beim Laufen.<br \/>\nUnd nun das Beste zum Schluss, es bleibt weiter sonnig!!!!!!!!!!!!! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>haut rein!<br \/>\nkrelli<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;lief ganz gut. zum Vergr\u00f6\u00dfern, anklicken Einen ersten Erfolg kann ich vom Schwimmen vermelden, ich habe mir die Rollwende beigebracht!!!!!
