Dies war auch bitter n\u00f6tig, musste mich Julia doch am Mittwoch abend vorzeitig (nach 400m) aus dem Schwimmtraining abholen, so platt war ich \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Nach Pizza und D\u00f6ner &#8222;all day long&#8220; am Donnerstag, waren die Batterien dann auch f\u00fcr Freitag wieder aufgeladen und los ging es. Mein kleines pers\u00f6nliches Highlight am Wochenende, neben der Run&amp;Bike Veranstaltung, geschah am Samstag. Mit einem Puls von ca. 10 Schl\u00e4gen unter meinem LD-Wettkampfpuls, konnte ich meinen langen Lauf im sch\u00f6nen Durchschnittstempo von 4:24\/km hinter mich bringen.
