Anscheinend hatte ich mir was eingefangen, denn es brauchte drei Tage zum Abklingen.<br \/>\nAuch mal ganz nett, jeden Tag komplett frei zu haben und ein paar andere Dinge zu erledigen \ud83d\ude09 Am Freitag versuchte ich langsam wieder reinzukommen und war mir bis Samstag fr\u00fch nicht sicher, ob es gut ist, beim 10er Koppellauf zu starten&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Naja, nach dem Radfahren f\u00fchlte ich mich dann doch wieder ganz gut, also lief ich mit&#8230;den Rest der Geschichte kennt ihr ja vom vorhergehenden Beitrag. Irgendwie war ich dann aber am Sonntag noch mit der Geschwindigkeit vom Vortag befangen und konnte mich leider nicht zur\u00fcckhalten.
