Samstag Abend war ich mir auch gar nicht mehr so sicher, ob das mit dem Duathlon am n\u00e4chsten Morgen, eine gute Idee war \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Dank des freien Mittwochs konnte ich auch mal wieder ein paar mehr Kilometer radeln, was sich dann nat\u00fcrlich gleich anhand der gesamten Stundenanzahl bemerkbar macht. Jetzt ruhe ich mich die n\u00e4chsten Tage erstmal aus und denk auch mal an was anderes \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><b>Tipp: <\/b><br \/>\nApropo Ausruhen, ein kleiner Tipp:<br \/>\nIn den &#8222;Ruhetagen&#8220;, hier z.b. Donnerstag, braucht ihr nicht komplett herausnehmen, sondern k\u00f6nnt nach M\u00f6glichkeit, die k\u00f6rpereigene Testosteronproduktion ankurbeln. Die Regeneration verl\u00e4uft so <b>deutlich<\/b> schneller.<\/p>\n<p>Daf\u00fcr h\u00e4tten wir beispielsweise:<br \/>\n1. kurzes Krafttraining bis max. 30-45min<br \/>\n2. Sprints od. maximale H\u00fcgell\u00e4ufe, Gesamteinheit nicht l\u00e4nger als 30min, inkl. lockeren Warm-up and Cool-Down &#8211; funktioniert nat\u00fcrlich auch f\u00fcr die anderen Disziplinen, also vereinfacht ausgedr\u00fcckt, &#8222;sehr kurz und sehr intensiv&#8220; &#8211;&gt; <b>eher f\u00fcr Fortgeschrittene, da \u00dcberlastung leicht m\u00f6glich!! <\/b><br \/>\n3.
