Hier nun auch schon die zweite Woche des neuen Blocks. Es standen in dieser Woche zwar viele Termine an, dank des freien Tages in der Wochenmitte konnte ich trotzdem den Umfang beisammen halten. Die langen Einheiten, welche besonders als Indikator f\u00fcr die ansteigende Grundlagenform dienen, liefen recht gut. Beim Radfahren am Mittwoch war es zwar saukalt, aber hier konnte ich gegen Ende hin einige Kraftpassagen mit einbauen. Der lange Lauf am Samstag morgen begann recht z\u00e4h, man sollte immer mehr als eine Stunde zwischen Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck und Laufbeginn vergehen lassen ;), und so kam ich Anfangs nicht richtig in Tritt.
