Normalerweise trainiere ich jeweils drei Wochen durch und erhole mich anschlie\u00dfend f\u00fcr ca. f\u00fcnf Tage, um dann am Wochenende der &#8222;Ruhewoche&#8220; wieder durchzustarten. Hier muss man allerdings in sich reinh\u00f6ren, wenn der K\u00f6rper mehr Regeneration ben\u00f6tigt, dann verl\u00e4ngere ich den Zeitraum auf die kompletten sieben Tage.<\/p>\n<p>Manchmal, wie letzte Woche eben, gibt es Termine die man unbedingt einhalten muss und da halt mal nicht trainieren kann. Wenn so etwas ansteht, baue ich mir das Training dann darum auf. In Kurzform: wenn es mir gutgeht, dann ballere ich die Tage vorher ordentlich rein und nehme den Termin als &#8222;k\u00f6rperlichen&#8220; Ruhetag. Vom Kopf her, ist es meistens n\u00e4mlich keiner \ud83d\ude42 Womit wir wieder beim Unterschied zu den Profis angelangt w\u00e4ren. F\u00fcr diese ist die Pause wirklich eine Pause, bei uns kann es sein, dass an diesem Tag ein ganzt\u00e4giger Kundentermin o.\u00e4. ansteht, also wirklich Pause ist es dann nicht.
