Aufgrund des Wetters konnte ich auch wieder einige Radkilometer sammeln. Wobei wir am Sonntag in einer lustigen Gruppe den ersten 100er der Saison gefahren sind. Anschlie\u00dfend noch ein kleines Koppell\u00e4ufchen und fertig war der bisher sonnigste Tag. Speziell beim letzten Lauf machten sich die Sprints, die ich in letzter Zeit \u00f6fters durchgef\u00fchrt habe, bemerkbar und ich konnte das Tempo progressiv etwas steigern.<\/p>\n<p>Ich denke dass ich bereits derzeit schon wieder eine 3:10er Marathonzeit auf der Langdistanz hinbekommen w\u00fcrde, aber es soll ja noch ein bisschen schneller werden \ud83d\ude09 Daher hoffe ich dass das Wetter weiterhin so mild bleibt, um auch die Radform wieder nach oben zu bringen. F\u00fcr das Schwimmen ist eher entscheidend, ob meine Schulter schon wieder so viel Training verkraftet.
