F\u00fcr das Laufen habe ich nun die einzelnen Trainingseinheiten differenziert, nach Geschwindigkeit, Kraft und Ausdauer. Am Wochenende konnte ich aufgrund des Sonnenscheins sogar etwas Rennrad fahren, wenn auch nur gem\u00fctlich. Aber immerhin etwas. Beim Schwimmen baue ich immer noch haupts\u00e4chlich auf das Techniktraining, dies wird auch noch den Februar \u00fcber so weiter gehen. Vier Monate reichen dann v\u00f6llig aus, um im Schwimmen die n\u00f6tige Ausdauer und Geschwindigkeit aufzubauen.
