Durch das viele Langlaufen \u00fcber die Feiertags- und Weihnachtszeit habe ich Anfang der ersten Woche Probleme in der Streckersehne auf dem Fu\u00dfspann bekommen. Dies tritt \u00f6fters mal auf, wenn die Langlauf- oder Skischuhe zu eng geschn\u00fcrt werden, wie ich mir dann im Nachhinein habe sagen lassen. Deshalb, kurze Pause eingelegt und den Schn\u00fcrsenkel nur sehr locker geschn\u00fcrt beim Laufen. Nach einer Woche waren die Beschwerden dann wieder komplett verschwunden.<\/p>\n<p>Am Samstag ging es ab nach Teneriffa und obwohl ich mit als Trainer unterwegs war, konnte ich dennoch \u00f6fters mal Radfahren, Schwimmen und Laufen. Insgesamt vier kleine Radtouren, einmal den Teide hoch. Schwimmen war fast jeden Tag angesagt und laufen ging wenn, dann doch eher kurz. Durch die recht h\u00fcgeligen Strandpromenaden ist es relativ schwierig saubere Grundlagen-L\u00e4ufe hin zu bekommen. \u00c4hnlich verh\u00e4lt es sich mit dem Inselprofil bez\u00fcglich des Radfahrens.<\/p>\n<p>Die Schwimmbedingungen im riesigen T3-50m-Outdoorpool waren allerdings ph\u00e4nomenal!<\/p>\n<p>Spa\u00df hats gemacht und ich bin braungebrannt wieder zur\u00fcckgekommen \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nkrelli<\/p>\n<p>P.S: jetzt versuche ich die Tage als n\u00e4chstes einmal die Videos aus dem T3 Schwimmkanal zu posten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0zum Vergr\u00f6\u00dfern, anklicken Oben das Training der letzten beiden Wochen.
