Dies ist zuf\u00e4llig auch die offizielle Temperatur, bis zu der Ski-Langlauf-Wettbewerbe durchgef\u00fchrt werden d\u00fcrfen. Au\u00dferdem versuchte ich mich daran zu erinnern, wann Benzin gefriert? Es lag irgendwo im hohen Zwanziger-Bereich. Diesel gefriert erst sp\u00e4ter.<\/p>\n<p>In den letzten Tagen war wir meist gegen mittag 2-3 Std. Langlaufen und abends noch ne halbe oder dreiviertel Stunde schwimmen, ein Tagesablauf an den man sich gew\u00f6hnen k\u00f6nnte. Irgendwie hei\u00dft es immer, wir fahren locker, aber der Realit\u00e4t entspricht dass dann nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Ich erinnere mich an Mittwoch, als ich mit Andi, Silvester und Phil \u00fcber 2Std. auf der Friedrichsh\u00f6he skaten war. Am ersten 4km!! Anstieg nach 15min hatte ich schon 180 Puls und 2min sp\u00e4ter schoss das Laktat in meine Schultermuskeln! Der arme Phil war nach \u00fcber 2Std. restlos fertig mit der Welt, er musste diesmal die rote Laterne \u00fcbernehmen, sonst h\u00e4tte ich es wohl tun m\u00fcssen, denn auch ich war platt wie eine Flunder. Am Ende ist Andi nochmal den Weg zur\u00fcck gefahren, weil wir schon Angst hatten dass Phil v\u00f6llig entkr\u00e4ftet am Rand der Piste liegt und zuschneit. Aber dem war gl\u00fccklicherweise nicht so, im Gegenteil, beschwert hat er sich nie \u00fcber das Tempo, sondern einfach immer die Z\u00e4hne zusammen gebissen und weiter gelaufen! Zur\u00fcck am Auto ging es ihm dann nach 20 Lebkuchen auch schon wieder besser und er bekam wieder halbwegs Farbe ins Gesicht.<\/p>\n<p>so, muss wieder los \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\neinen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr!!!<br \/>\nkrelli<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;war es heute nacht, als wir nach Hause gefahren sind!
