Mit dem Laufen bin ich derzeit sehr zufrieden. Besonders gezeigt hat sich dies bei dem l\u00e4ngeren Lauf (langen Lauf will ich es mal nicht nennen, bei 1:08 Std. \ud83d\ude09 am Sonntag, welcher sich komplett im Grundlagenbereich abgespielt hat.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Zum Radfahren bin ich daf\u00fcr nicht gekommen, hier habe ich am Samstag mal zusammen mit Stephan probiert eine kleine Spinning-Bein-Krafttrainingseinheit im Studio zu absolvieren. Was sogar ganz gut geklappt hat, wenn man zu zweit ist, wird es auch nicht so schnell langweilig \ud83d\ude42<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Das Schwimmen l\u00e4uft ganz gut an, ich habe immer seltener Schulterprobleme und denke, dass ich inzwischen wieder auf dem Niveau der Winter-Vorjahre angelangt bin. Allerdings trau ich mich derzeit noch an keine harten Einheiten im Wasser heran. Das hat aber auch noch etwas Zeit.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Diese Woche ist aufgrund der Schnee- und K\u00e4lteverh\u00e4ltnisse komplett anders. Ich hoffe das der Schneepflug auch langsam mal die Lauf- und Fu\u00dfwege kehrt \ud83d\ude09<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">haut rein!<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;
