Dienstag war komplett frei und Donnerstag (bis auf ein paar Minuten Laufen) eigentlich auch.<br \/>Normalerweise erhole ich mich die komplette Woche, aber wie es immer so ist, man sollte auf seinen K\u00f6rper h\u00f6ren. In guten wie in schlechten Tagen. Am Freitag meinte er zu mir, dass er jetzt gerne wieder trainieren m\u00f6chte, speziell da Montag Feiertag ist und wir das gute Wetter noch nutzen m\u00fcssen. Ok, wer kann sich solchen Argumenten verwehren \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Aber jetzt mal im Ernst, sobald ihr wieder &#8222;Hunger&#8220; aufs Training bekommt, und damit ist nicht gemeint: &#8222;mhh&#8230;jetzt m\u00fcsste ich mal wieder&#8220;, sondern es euch kaum noch auf dem Stuhl zuhause h\u00e4lt, dann k\u00f6nnt ihr wieder trainieren. Der K\u00f6rper sagt es euch schon, im Umkehrschluss m\u00fcsst ihr nat\u00fcrlich auch darauf h\u00f6ren, wenn er Pause braucht. Nach ein paar Jahren ist das K\u00f6rpergef\u00fchl eines Athleten sehr stark ausgepr\u00e4gt. Nutzt den Vorteil gegen\u00fcber den j\u00fcngeren oder den Unvern\u00fcnftigen, die es nicht tun und sich irgendwann einfach in den Keller trainieren, krank werden und so eine l\u00e4ngere Zwangspause erleben.<\/p>\n<p>Das Wochenende habe ich dann zumindestens progressiv gestaltet, Samstag 3 Std., Sonntag&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4 Std. und Montag 5 Std&#8230;und gestern war ich platt wie eine Flunder!! *lach*<\/p>\n<p>sch\u00f6ne Woche!!<br \/>krelli<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Letzte Woche war erst einmal Erholung angesagt.
