Holt euch bitte nur&nbsp;Ideen davon f\u00fcr euer Training! Ihr habt gelesen, der Mann l\u00e4uft 3:25min auf den Kilometer, und das&nbsp;beim langen Lauf!! \ud83d\ude42&nbsp; Ich m\u00f6chte gar nicht wissen, wie dann die Intervalle gelaufen werden. <\/p>\n<p>Aber interessant zu sehen ist, dass die Geschwindigkeit der langen L\u00e4ufe und der schnelleren Einheiten nur ca. nur 30Sek\/km abweichen.&nbsp;Er l\u00e4uft demnach auch die langen L\u00e4ufe relativ schnell und nicht locker und lang, wie die meisten&nbsp;Triathleten,&nbsp;denn in diesem Tempo braucht er ja nur&nbsp;ca.&nbsp;2 Std. selbst f\u00fcr die 35 Kilometer. Ebenfalls erstaunlich ist, wie viel Rumpfstabi und Athletiktraining er durchf\u00fchrt. Vielleicht sollten wir uns dort mal was abschauen.
