V\u00f6llig entspannt schwebte ich auf meinen melodischen Kl\u00e4ngen durch den Wald, nur ab und zu unterbrochen von L\u00e4ufern die an mir vorbei rannten, was mich allerdings diesmal v\u00f6llig kalt gelassen hat&#8230; mann war ich stolz auf mich.<\/p>\n<p>Auch die ersten Schwimmeinheiten mit Thomas, unserem Schleifer (hoffentlich liest er das nicht), sind geschafft und der erste 1000er hat mir gezeigt, dass ich zwar schon wieder recht sch\u00f6n schwimmen kann, aber nur bis maximal 200m. Alles was danach kommt kostet mich wahnsinnig viel Konzentration, da die Technik sich nach dieser Distanz dramatisch verschlechtert. Aus diesem Grund sollte man auch immer nur mit kurzen Streckenl\u00e4ngen anfangen, wenn das Schwimmen wieder beginnt. Diese kurzen Strecken schwimmt man so lange, bis man die Technik perfektioniert hat, und baut dann langsam darauf die Streckenl\u00e4ngen auf.<br \/>\nIm Allgemeinen ist ein kleines Rumpfstabi-Training (5-10min) vor dem Schwimmen (zuhause, ca. 1-2 Std. davor) sehr empfehlenswert. Es erh\u00f6ht die Spannung beim Schwimmen danach ungemein, und ihr erlangt eine bessere Wasserlage.<\/p>\n<p><b>Raynard Tissink <\/b><br \/>\nHier mal ein sehr <a href=\"http:\/\/www.raynardtissink.com\/content.asp?PageID=159\">inspirierender Artikel<\/a> von Raynard Tissink aus S\u00fcdafrika, dem 5. des diesj\u00e4hrigen Rennens auf Hawaii. Er spricht \u00fcber Training und die Anforderungen der verschiedenen Wettkampfdistanzen im Triathlon.
