Was f\u00fcr ein Krimi ich mir gestern anschauen musste!! Mit Andreas Raelert habe ich gelitten und gleichzeitig musste ich aber auch dem Sieger Chris McCormack Respekt zollen, er war in der gestrigen Situation der mental st\u00e4rkere Athlet und einfach ein alter Fuchs, was solche Taktikspielchen angeht. Auch wenn dies bedeutet, dass McCormack an den letzten Verpflegungsstellen nach vorn rennt und die Verpflegung einsammelt, so dass f\u00fcr Raelert nix mehr \u00fcbrig bleibt (den Helfern an der Verpflegung kann man da keinen Vorwurf machen, die stellen sich da freiwillig hin und so schnell schaltet\u00a0von denen dann keiner)\u00a0und just in dem Moment anzieht, wissend das Raelert mitgehen muss und so quasi ohne Verpflegung weiterl\u00e4uft, was sich nat\u00fcrlich irgendwann sp\u00e4ter r\u00e4cht.<\/p>\n

Beeindruckend waren auch die Zeiten gestern, damit war der Wettkampf einer der schnelleren Ironman auf Hawaii.\u00a0Ich konnte es nat\u00fcrlich nur \u00fcber den Fernseher mutma\u00dfen, aber zum Lauf hin schien es etwas bew\u00f6lkt gewesen\u00a0zu sein, ein Segen f\u00fcr alle Teilnehmer! Die Rekordzeit von Luc van Lierde aus dem Jahr\u00a01996, von 08:04 Stunden, wurde allerdings trotzdem nicht gef\u00e4hrdet.<\/p>\n

Jetzt muss heut einfach trainieren, so motiviert bin ich gerade \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
