Nach etlichen\u00a0Untersuchungen\u00a0ist es nun endlich\u00a0raus, die Schulter muss operiert werden, da der &#8222;Bizepsanker&#8220; gerissen ist.\u00a0So ein Mist\u00a0\ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n<p>Hat jemand\u00a0schon einmal etwas \u00c4hnliches gehabt? Die Operation w\u00e4re ja nicht mal das Schlimmste, aber die\u00a0Nachbehandlung dauert gut und gerne\u00a08 Wochen, in denen der\u00a0Arm fixiert ist und\u00a0ich kaum was machen kann, au\u00dfer vielleicht im Liegefahrrad monoton vor mich hin eiern! Achja, Beinpresse im Studio\u00a0k\u00f6nnte ich auch stundenlang\u00a0machen und dann wieder ins Training einsteigen, mit Oberschenkeln die Jan Ullrich vor Neid erblassen lassen w\u00fcrden\u00a0\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Egal, jetzt muss ich erstmal schauen dass ich schnell operiert werde und zumindestens noch ein klein wenig der Saison mitnehmen kann und aber gleichzeitig in der Pause keine 10kg zunehme \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>bis sp\u00e4ter!<br \/>\nkrelli<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Challenge Roth 2009, die letzten Meter&#8230;mann seh ich\u00a0da alt\u00a0aus auf dem Foto!!
