Hallo Leute,<\/p>\n

bald ist es soweit und ich\u00a0fliege endlich ab in die Sonne!!
\nZumindestens hoffe ich das, vor zwei Wochen lag sogar noch Schnee an den Str\u00e4nden auf Mallorca. Daher bin ich recht bescheiden und gebe mich mit nur\u00a020 Grad zufrieden \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Ob daraus ein gem\u00fctliches Grundlagencamp wird, wie Tobi es mir versprochen hat, wage ich anhand der Teilnehmerliste zu bezweifeln. Neben den \u00fcblichen Verd\u00e4chtigen, ist auch Luke Dragsta und ein paar Bundesligastarter mit dabei. Naja, Letztere k\u00f6nnen mir dann zumindestens mal das Schwimmen beibringen \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Ich hoffe dass der Rest der Gruppe „vern\u00fcnftig“ bleibt, damit ich\u00a0jeden Tag\u00a0auch l\u00e4nger als 30\u00a0Minuten Grundlage fahren kann, bevor jedesmal\u00a0die Lucie abgeht, sobald wir das Ortsausgangsschild passieren.<\/p>\n

Wohnen werden wir in einer riesigen Finca mit Pool, irgendwo im Norden der Insel. Fragt mich nicht, wie der Ort genau hei\u00dft, ich war noch nie auf Mallorca? Ok, als zw\u00f6lfj\u00e4hriger Junge mit meinen Eltern, aber da schaut jeder Strand noch gleich aus. Sie h\u00e4tten mich auch an den Nordseestrand setzen k\u00f6nnen und ich w\u00e4re gl\u00fccklich gewesen\u00a0\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Ich habe gerade mal das Programm f\u00fcr die komplette Woche\u00a0\u00fcberflogen, hmm…Tobi, wir m\u00fcssen uns nochmal unterhalten. Die erste Einheit beginnt damit, dass wir alle vom Flughafen mit dem Fahrrad zur 70km entfernten Finca radeln, w\u00e4hrend der Bus unser ganzen Gep\u00e4ck mitnimmt. Das ist wahrlich eine effektive Methode um jede freie Minute f\u00fcrs Training zu nutzen! Nicht dass ich am letzten Tag zum Flughafen hinlaufen muss, als abschlie\u00dfender „langer Lauf“ sozusagen…lach<\/p>\n

Jeden Morgen geht es erst einmal los mit Schwimmen auf der gemieteten 50m Bahn. Das auf der anderen Seite, h\u00f6rt sich echt gut an:\u00a0fr\u00fch erstmal das Schwimmen aus dem Weg, bevor wir uns nach dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck aufs Radl schwingen.\u00a0Nachmittags vielleicht noch ein kleines Koppell\u00e4ufchen an der Laktatgrenze und alles passt \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Ansonsten werden wir jede Menge Spa\u00df haben, abends Grill- und Poolparties bei denen wir alle mit „Apfelschorle“ ansto\u00dfen, die Musik voll aufdrehen, ordentliche Essensportionen verdr\u00fccken\u00a0und\u00a0Sonne satt…yeah<\/p>\n
