Aus der Vergangenheit habe ich in dieser\u00a0Hinsicht Einiges gelernt.<br \/>\nIch arbeite Vollzeit und f\u00fchre eine seit \u00fcber drei Jahren eine sehr gl\u00fcckliche Beziehung!! Ich schaue so gut wie nie fern, dass allein\u00a0spart schon jede Menge Zeit. Ich habe allerdings noch keine Kinder.<br \/>\nWen es interessiert, st\u00f6bert mal rechts im Archiv. Von Januar bis Juli 2009 habe ich am Ende\u00a0jedes Monats mein Trainingstagebuch f\u00fcr den Challenge Roth online gestellt.<br \/>\n(der ja letztendlich\u00a0nicht ganz in die Hose gegangen ist \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Hier mal der aktuelle\u00a0<strong>Wochenplan<\/strong>. Nach drei Wochen gibt es eine &#8222;Ruhewoche&#8220; mit ca. 70% des Umfangs aber bei gleicher Intensit\u00e4t. Schwimmtraining ist immer abends und Freitag kann ich ein paar Minuten eher von der Arbeit verschwinden. Laufen trainiere ich meist fr\u00fch oder ab und zu mal in der Mittagspause.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mo:<\/strong><br \/>\nT1 Laufen (locker\/Technik) 45min (optional, je nach Ruhebedarf weglassen)<br \/>\nT2 Schwimmen 1 Std.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Di:<\/strong><br \/>\nT1 Rumpftraining 20min<br \/>\nT2 Koppeltraining 1 Std. Rad + 1 Std. Laufen (progressiv bis LD-Intensit\u00e4t)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mi:<\/strong><br \/>\nT1 Laufen 1 Std. (140-150 Puls)<br \/>\nT2 Schwimmen 1 Std.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do:<\/strong><br \/>\nT1 Krafttraining 45min<br \/>\nT2 Laufen 1 Std. (am Schluss 5-6x500m Intervalle)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fr:<\/strong><br \/>\nT1 Radfahren 2 Std. (progressiv) oder alternativ 1,5 Std. Ski-Langlaufen<br \/>\nT2 Schwimmen 1 Std.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sa:<\/strong><br \/>\nLaufen (lang) 1,5 \u2013 2 Std. (progressiv 135-155 Puls)<\/p>\n<p><strong>So:<\/strong><br \/>\nRadfahren (lang 3 Std.
