Ich denke dies lag vor allem daran dass ich es vorher etwas \u00fcbertrieben hatte und sich mein K\u00f6rper nun auf diesem Wege r\u00e4chte. Man kann sich alles sch\u00f6nreden, wenn aber solche Zwangstage immer \u00f6fters kommen, dann liegt irgendwas mit dem K\u00f6rper im Argen. In solchen F\u00e4llen hilft alles nichts, nur Pause.<\/p>\n<p>Gemerkt habe ich es vor allem an kleineren Infekten, wie Herpes, Magenverstimmung, zunehmende Ruhelosigkeit und vermehrte Stressanf\u00e4lligkeit. Demzufolge ist die Trainingsstatistik f\u00fcr Mai auch gemischt \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend ich recht viel geradelt bin, f\u00fcr meine Verh\u00e4ltnisse, litt leider dass Laufen, aber vor allem auch <strong>das Schwimmen<\/strong>. Die Quittung hierf\u00fcr bekam ich am Baur Triathlon, als Frank mir beim Schwimmen gleich mal zwei Minuten abnahm \ud83d\ude41<br \/>\nHier muss ich also jetzt vor Roth noch Einiges tun!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mein Laufen<\/strong> verlangsamte sich geringf\u00fcgig, hier sank der Schnitt (\u00fcber alle Einheiten gesehen) von 4:13min\/km im April, auf 4:18min\/km im Mai. Das liegt meiner \u00dcberzeugung vor allem daran, dass ich weniger gelaufen bin und aufgrund der Infekte. Aber alles halb so wild, im Juni hole ich da wieder einiges raus \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das Radeln<\/strong> wurde aufgrund der vermehrten Kilometer nat\u00fcrlich besser! Irgendeine gute Nachricht muss ja zumindest kommen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Insgesamt konnte ich im Mai:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>64 Stunden trainieren,<br \/>\ndavon ca. 1200km auf dem Rad,<br \/>\n215km Laufen<br \/>\nund 23km Schwimmen.<br \/>\nJede Woche war ich im Schnitt 1 Stunde im Krafttraining.<\/p>\n<p>Jetzt gebe ich im Juni noch einmal Vollgas!!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erkl\u00e4rung<\/strong> f\u00fcr den Plan oben:<br \/>\nblau-Ruhetag, Intensit\u00e4t des Trainings je nach Farbstufe,<br \/>\nlinks Trainingsstunden &amp; rechts Trainingskilometer<br \/>\nDie Zahlen bei den Einheiten zeigt die t\u00e4gliche Abfolge<br \/>\nBeim Laufen ist immer der D-Puls angegeben<\/p>\n<p>haut rein!<\/p>\n<p>krelli<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>so, heute mal eine kleine Statistik \u00fcber mein Training im vergangenen Monat, im Mai.
