Als Sub9 Starter werde ich mich fr\u00fch 6:20 mit der allerersten Gruppe in den Main-Donau-Kanal st\u00fcrzen und versuchen nicht letzter zu werden \ud83d\ude09<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Nein das Ziel ist klar, n\u00e4mlich unter 9 Stunden.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\nDamit das Ganze nicht so unspektakul\u00e4r \u00fcber die B\u00fchne geht, werde ich vom Triathlon Magazin auf dem Rad mit einer Minikamera ausgestattet. So k\u00f6nnen sich alle Daheimgebliebenen und alle die es sonst so interessiert, sp\u00e4ter die Radstrecke aus meiner Perspektive anschauen.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Man stelle sich das vor, den Solarer Berg sp\u00e4ter &#8222;live&#8220; mitzuerleben!! Das wird eine Show&#8230;<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Angeblich wiegt die Kamera &#8222;nur&#8220; 500 Gramm, nun ja, das glaube ich erst wenn ich es sehe. Wenn ich also eine Trinkflasche weniger an Bord nehme, d\u00fcrfte sich das wieder aufwiegen \ud83d\ude42<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Die Strategie ist ziemlich simpel, ich addiere einfach alle Spitzenzeiten die ich bis jetzt auf der Langdistanz erzielt habe:<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>56 min Schwimmen (IM S\u00fcdafrika 08)<\/div>\n<div>4:50 Std. Radfahren (IM Frankfurt 07)<\/div>\n<div>3:10 Std. Laufen (IM Z\u00fcrich 08)<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>et voila&#8230; alles zusammen ergibt ca. 9 Stunden. Mal sehen ob das so klappt, wie ich es mir vorstelle \ud83d\ude09<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Wenn ihr zuf\u00e4llig am 12. Juli in Roth an der Strecke steht, freu ich mich nat\u00fcrlich \u00fcber jedwede Ermunterung und motivierende Worte!!<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>aber jetzt beginnt erst einmal der harte Teil, das Training bis zum 12.
