Heute fr\u00fch habe ich bereits meinen langen Lauf absolviert und sitze nun mit schmerzenden Waden vor dem Computer. Normalerweise laufe ich solche L\u00e4ufe immer erst nachmittags mit ausgiebigen Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck im Bauch, heute fr\u00fch allerdings hatte ich so eine spontane Eingebung, es n\u00fcchtern zu versuchen. Nie wieder! Ich bin voll platt gewesen und hatte gar nicht so viel zu essen mit, wie mein Magen lautstark forderte \ud83d\ude09<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Jetzt mache ich erst einmal Mittagsschlaf. Hier k\u00f6nnt ihr euch meinen neuen Beitrag auf tri-mag.de anschauen.
