Marathon preparation Frankfurt

maledivenTime has flown by again, we're enjoying the last few days of our vacation, and of course I haven't trained anything so far. Just ate well and rested 😉

I still have about 2.5 weeks after my return and of course that's far too short for a proper marathon preparation. I will have to run an emergency program and just hope that there is still a bit of shape from summer. Probably as follows, day 1: basic run 1 hour, day 2: intervals (800, 1000 and 2000, always switch through) and on day 3: long run 2-2.5 hours. One day break and all over again. Until the marathon is just around the corner.

Keep your fingers crossed for me, I'll need it to survive the run at the end of October reasonably well.
