Philipp has been a successful triathlon trainer himself since 2010 Personal Peak and also a super likable guy. So if you come from Austria and are looking for a trainer, Philipp is your man! As a trainer in particular, if you are serious about it, and not just doing it on the side, you tend to worry more about the athletic interests of your athletes than your own. This is why trainers also benefit from external guidelines. On the one hand to break the rut, but also above all for motivation. Because it is completely different when someone sits on your neck who regularly checks your training, adjusts specifications, and wants to know how it goes than when you are training alone in front of you. It is much more difficult to find excuses 😉
