A good and successful year to all of you !!<\/p>\n

In the picture above, you can see New Year's Eve in Sydney. What a cheek, while yesterday's party people had to greet the New Year with three layers of sweaters, hats and gloves, the boys and girls down there were able to celebrate in T-shirts. But not for much longer, in a few months it will be us who are celebrating in T-shirts again and walking and cycling through the area.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\nMy view is slowly becoming clearer again, but yesterday the night was longer and thicker than originally planned. This morning I had a huge head on my head that I couldn't even fit through the bathroom door. I was able to empty a full 1.5L water bottle in one go, and even then I still had that taste of dead beaver in my mouth.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\nUnfortunately for the 2h. Run to meet Thorsten. I bet he held back yesterday to chase me around the woods today. But as my grandpa always says, if you can drink, you can also work ... (train). So it doesn't help. In order to increase my chances of survival a little, I dug out my old drinking belt. It is filled up to the last bottle, even if I have to start with 3kg extra baggage. I don't have to worry about other competitors who might be running along with me today, my remaining beer, vodka and wine flag will stun even the most stubborn sports fanatic.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\nOur big topic of conversation during today's run will be the topic of sub 9. Thorsten will reveal his big secret to me and explain to me in detail how I approach my desired time. I'm afraid the answer will be something like this: "train more and harder" ... \ud83d\ude41<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\nSpeaking of training, my basic block is currently developing very well. Since Saturday I have actually managed to achieve around 20 hours of training in 5 days, most of which I spent on my racing bike. Once you get used to the cold, it is surprisingly easy to drive. The plan is currently as follows:<\/div>\n
\nDay 1: 3h Bike + 1 hour in the evening Run<\/div>\n
Day 2: 3h Bike + fitness studio in the evening<\/div>\n
Day 3: 2h Run + 1.5 hours in the evening swim<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\nthen the whole thing all over again ... until next Wednesday, I have to work again.<\/div>\n
Well, even the best time will pass at some point ...<\/div>\n
