Let your legs dangle a bit and not always have to train. Every four weeks I have a week of regeneration. But then I also need that when the first signs of exhaustion slowly appear after three weeks of training. Mostly it starts with a scratchy throat, for me a clear sign that I should slowly take something out. Happened last Monday, at exactly the right time \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>In such a week of rest, I usually reduce my training by 50% and enjoy a little more free time and eat as much as I can! If I don&#039;t feel like it for a day, I skip all of the units and just go to bed after work. For me, weeks like this are very important, on the one hand, of course, it helps to build up my form over the long term (you can&#039;t always train without a break) and, on the other hand, it is also important for my head and my motivation. After all, you have to get \u201chunger\u201d back into training and competitions.<\/p>\n<p>Last week I may have overdone it. On Friday we were invited to a camping party and on Saturday to a wedding. Both excellent opportunities to replenish lost carbohydrate reserves. On Sunday I stood on the scales and saw amazing things! ... a whole 4kg increased compared to my competition weight of approx. 82kg. Fortunately it is not the first time and I know from experience that it takes 2-3 days to get back to my normal weight.<\/p>\n<p>This is also sorely needed, because on Sunday I will start the mountain triathlon in Rochlitz. Then every superfluous kilo takes revenge! At the same time, this will be my last preparation competition before Hawaii. At some point it will be enough and the weather will certainly not get any better. But who knows, maybe I&#039;ll do a little 10 at the end of September if I feel like it.<\/p>\n<p>By the way, I&#039;ve started a new survey !!! How about your libido during the training phase?
