Since I am often asked what exactly these ASICS frontrunners are all about. Here is a short summary of my experiences. An application phase is currently starting again, more on this here:\u00a0http:\/\/asicsfrontrunner.runnersworld.de<\/a><\/p>\n

The front runners are the figureheads of running and at the same time brand ambassadors. Before I come to the question of what I have to do with a figurehead in running, let me tell you that, due to my reach among triathletes, I tend to be the latter. My best time of 1: 17h over the HM is ridiculous compared to the other front runners. But at least I don't stand out negatively when we do a basic run together in a group \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

You are part of the frontrunner team that keeps growing. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses and lives in other regions or countries. There are trail runners, road runners, obstacle runners (the mud seals from Tough Guy and co., Yes that has become a sport), sprinters, long distance runners and also triathletes. But they all complement each other wonderfully to form a run-crazy bunch. You support each other, drive to races together and meet at team meetings or ASICS events. You get to know your colleagues outside of their careers. At the last meeting I tried to drink our marathon ace Julian Fl\u00fcgel under the table, but I didn't succeed. On the contrary, I, completely out of practice in such things, was the one who didn't get out of bed early for swimming training. But only on the edge.<\/p>\n

\"BzKAsh5TQka9TyVD6x2I-0cdcnJE75NkGlCVTcOTQJc\"<\/a>What should you bring with you as an ASICS frontrunner? You are hot, you are motivated, you are fast and a lot of people know you. You like to run ASICS and also bring the whole thing across authentically. Then you have come to the right place. You get many advantages for this, be it free starts in races, cool equipment packages, seminars \/ workshops or a large network or training partners always and everywhere.<\/p>\n

Triathletes in particular often run around wildly together. Sometimes a green finisher shirt, there a white cap, combined with a purple buff cloth. No joke, it has only been since I joined the front runners that I have cool shoes and matching outfits! The colors are coordinated, yes, downright stylish. In contrast, my old training sets now seem like a mixture of Yeti and Pellwurst.<\/p>\n
