Many people know spomedis as the publisher of the triathlon magazine and the tri-mag.de website. The weekend seminar will take place on 14.\/15. November and we will cover everything to do with long distance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Everything that goes with it is discussed, from training, to competitions, to practice, such as running ABC and swimming technique, as well as information on the correct sitting position.
