At the weekend the starting signal was given for the new one spomedis academy<\/a> in Hamburg. The first topic dealt with everything to do with the first long distance, especially for beginners. The program of the two-day seminar included the training structure in the three disciplines (swimming, cycling, running), competition strategies, and nutrition during the almost 226-kilometer race. The weekend seminar also included the topics of performance diagnostics, sitting position (both carried out by Marc Sauer from STAPS) on the bike and practical units in running and swimming.<\/p>\n
