There are also plenty of practical tips, including my own examples from my previous life as an employee.<\/p>\n<p>In short: it&#039;s about effective training with little time! In running, for example, 38km \/ week is enough to finish a marathon in under 3h, if you know how to do it.<\/p>\n<p>The same applies of course to the triathlon.
