At the same time, I went down a bit with the scope. My long bike tour literally fell into the water today, but well, that&#039;s the way it is sometimes. Otherwise it might have been a little more. Therefore I am relatively rested today and can skip the rest day tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>In swimming I first concentrate on shorter intervals of 100-200m at a competition pace.
