My personal highlight was that on Wednesday I was able to swim 1500m behind Marcus Schattner and stayed there. Since Schatti is a very good swimmer, I was very satisfied with, especially since I&#039;ve never managed to swim after him for so long ... the little joys of everyday life \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday I ran a fun night run with Thorsten and Benny for Michi&#039;s birthday in Neumarkt. At the end of the day, it looked more like an adventure run, partly in the dark, through the snow or directly on the B8. Unfortunately I had stomach problems on the 90% track and it was more of a fight than fun for me. Learned from this that you should never do a long run right after swimming. The water that you swallowed during training then bubbles up and down in your stomach the whole time.<\/p>\n<p>With the onset of winter again, there wasn&#039;t much going on on the bike front.
