The last three days I was in Weiden for the Triathlon Competitive Sport course of the Bavarian Triathlon Association. Also there was the national trainer of the German triathlon elite Roland Knoll, trainer of Olympic champion Jan Frodeno.<\/p>\n

In addition to the latest developments in training, we also got a very good insight into the special issues of short-haul and youth training. The focus was primarily on swimming training, in practice and theory.<\/p>\n

After finally finding the right hotel after an odyssey in town, I was rewarded with this room. Something different, but very stylish! I am very lucky that my roommate, normally each room is given to two people, did not show up. I was already lying there at an angle and could never decide at night whether I should cover my neck or my feet. Both at the same time did not work \ud83d\ude09 - In retrospect, I could have just used both blankets, next time you'll be smarter<\/i><\/div>\n
