[: de]\"Zypern<\/a>\"zypern<\/a>\"zypern\"zypern<\/a>Unfortunately, our time in Cyprus is history again. As always, it was a great time! In 4 weeks we only had one rainy day and otherwise always top conditions above 20 degrees. Cyprus is becoming more and more popular.<\/p>\n

You can tell that not only in the travel reports that are now appearing more often in the relevant specialist magazines, but also in the number of participants.<\/p>\n

We had family, friends, children and everyone taken together in the 4 weeks from over 90 participants. So of course there was a lot going on and the right training groups were available for everyone.<\/p>\n

By and large we rode our bikes 5-6 times a week, swam 3 times a week in the hotel's own 27-degree warm 50m pool and rounded off the week with 2-3 runs and an athletics circuit. Our participants could come whenever they wanted, so that everyone could realize the ideal travel and flight times for themselves. Child care was taken care of, so that we chose the last week as \u201cfamily week\u201d.<\/p>\n

In addition to the training kilometers, the longest tour was 200km for the toughest, but above all the fun was in the foreground. One day we held our own sprint triathlon and could even call on the support of the local police. A great experience for everyone present \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Cyprus is always worth a trip and next year we will be able to move the whole thing a little further back into March. If you want to be there, just let me know and I will send you more information.<\/p>\n
