This morning I was still in Lichtenfels. I prefer to run mountains there. Anyone who knows the area there knows that there is almost nothing else left to do. If you would like to experience this live, I recommend the wonderful and very mountainous Obermain Marathon in April of each year.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/div>\n

Unfortunately none of my usual training colleagues was there. Andi in Offenbach, Frank in Fuerteventura and Captain Chaos would only have rolled next to me with the bike. So I went on the hunt for vertical meters on my own. After 10 minutes of running in, it starts immediately and goes up to Vierzehnheiligen. The Catholics among us are determined by a term. The music pumped and I spontaneously decided on the Raelert running style. So I started to climb the really steep mountain with a jump run. I'm pretty sure that the strollers I passed thought they didn't all have them.<\/p>\n

After 15 minutes of jumping up the mountain, I wouldn't have managed to climb another meter. The way back was all the faster and more pleasant \ud83d\ude42 Result: after just two hours I had sore muscles. This has not happened to me in a long time. It was fun !!<\/p>\n
