For this reason, the weekend before last, with the help of many helpers and my family, I organized a little triathlon training at the Birkensee. The mood and weather were great!<\/p>\n<p>It was carried out as follows: at the beginning a 600m swim around the reversible air mattress &amp; back - then timekeeping and with a short break a subsequent bike &amp; run with the time intervals of the respective swimming time. 28km of the finest individual time trial were driven, garnished with a final 6km run in several laps.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Training competition at Birkensee (triathlon) - Michael Krell\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MIQ5g_Avhr0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>You can find my brother-in-law&#039;s cool video on my YouTube channel.
