Some of you may have seen something like this before. The advantage of such strength and flexibility training is that the entire core musculature has to work stabilizing during each exercise. In contrast to strength machines in the fitness studio, which \u201cguide\u201d the entire movement, with the sling trainer you literally hang \u201cfreely\u201d. This of course makes it more difficult on the one hand, but also significantly more effective at the same time. In addition, it is so small that you can easily accommodate strength training in every corner. There are also plenty of exercises on YouTube. Here again <a href=\"http:\/\/www.trainingsworld.com\/training\/allgemein\/sling-training-aerosling-1561593.html\">an article<\/a> about this type of fitness training.<\/p>\n<p>The Kettler trainer will be available in stores soon, just keep an eye out for it. I can recommend him without reservation.
