Now I&#039;m starting to post my training here again on a regular basis. Otherwise I don&#039;t train anything, as the recent past has shown. It helps me a lot if I have to write a summary at the end of the week. And of course there has to be something in it \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>At the moment I am still looking for my older templates, so here in their pure form:<br \/>\nSunday to Friday - cross-country skiing in Leutasch (Tyrol)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday:<\/strong><br \/>\n35km cross-country skiing - skating and classic approx. 3 hours<br \/>\n+ 15min torso stabilization<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday:<\/strong><br \/>\n30km skating (quite a few HM and no basis \ud83d\ude42 approx. 3 hours<br \/>\n+ 10min torso stabilization<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday:<\/strong><br \/>\n50km skating approx. 3.5 hours<br \/>\n+ 10min torso stabilization<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday:<\/strong><br \/>\n25km skating approx. 2 hours<br \/>\n+ 10min torso stabilization<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday:<\/strong> (crazy snowfall)<br \/>\n10km classic approx. 1 hour<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday:<\/strong><br \/>\nRest day<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday:<\/strong><br \/>\nRunning: Hill runs across the forest, 1:02, 12km and 139HF<br \/>\nSwimming: club training 3.3km, 1:15 hours<br \/>\nStrength training: 45min complete program including torso<\/p>\n<p>We were about 3:30 p.m. in total, the new year can begin!<br \/>\nkrelli<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Year New luck.
