We were on the road for five days, with about 20-50km a day, depending on the weather and mood. The last few days it has been snowing heavily, which made cross-country skiing a bit difficult, and we were happy to get down to the valley. Because none of us had the desire to clip snow chains onto the car \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>I had just run through the forest for an hour and it felt almost like spring. The pace was rather moderate, about 5:10 \/ km, but peppered with several meters of altitude. Now to swim training and then briefly to fitness.
