For the first time there will be a triathlon that runs through the middle of the city center. This will even be the hook for the entire event. In the first part of the competition in the morning, each team swims together, changes and then runs a run. The last member of the team is counted, which means that you work with your teammates of course.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/MkBza2F0aG9saW5nQDM2NDgxNjc3MEAyQDIwMTAwODA4MDkxODQxQHB4c2Vzc2lvbkAwQDRiNTZjNGE0ZDE0NWNkODA4Y2M1ZmQ0ZmYyN2VkNzQx.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/MkBza2F0aG9saW5nQDM2NDgxNjc3MEAyQDIwMTAwODA4MDkxODQxQHB4c2Vzc2lvbkAwQDRiNTZjNGE0ZDE0NWNkODA4Y2M1ZmQ0ZmYyN2VkNzQx-300x225.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>In the second part, each team starts on the completely closed old town circuit with the respective time intervals from the morning and contests a team time trial. There is of course a 20m slipstream between the various teams. And let&#039;s see who else, there might be more \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Every event in itself will be a great race, both the individual time trial, where I might be able to inspire one or the other super-fast athlete, as well as the cycling race over the demanding old town circuit and, last but not least, the Run &amp; Bike!<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/Bild2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/Bild2-300x225.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>We are now accepting registrations for the last three races mentioned.
