I got my leg brace on Friday at Dr. Dobmeier left in Bamberg after we saw that the cruciate ligament has recovered on its own. On medical advice, I should slowly start again with short and easy running training. All right, I ran the first 20s on Saturday ... haha, it was a joke.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">So far I&#039;ve only been swimming, cycling and doing weight training.
