Aloha for the last time<\/p>\n

the "race week" has already started, my days are numbered - it was some of the most beautiful in my life ... I am eternally grateful to everyone, (wait for Saturday, editor's note)<\/span>
(Training colleagues, advisors, EVERYONE just and I don't forget anyone;) <\/p>\n

The area here in Kona, Hawaii is also developing into a shark tank outside of the ocean, you are eyed everywhere and EVERYTHING that you do: EVERYTHING you do (eat, dream, exercise) is questioned:
"Does that make it faster?" - is he faster than me? (are clear signs of uncertainty ... with the other Thomas !!)<\/span><\/p>\n

The Franconian flag has been set up and is blowing strongly - that's good, the huge waves in the sea are less good.
(most of them won't know it, that's what it looks like \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n

To the Tria flat share:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The founder and boss of a sportswear company (RONO) moved in. Michi G\u00f6hner and I in the marriage bed - she in the Klabbett -> the positions are won anew every day. It is no longer so carefree when you just have to let out some air\u2026. (ahem, do you mean that literally?)<\/span><\/p>\n

How do men in relationships do it all?  (anything is possible, I'll be happy to give you some advice when you're back \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n

The other day after training I cycled to the hotel room as usual. Usually open the door and change quickly. But there was a man with a suitcase waiting. He thought I was Michi G\u00f6hner. Thought he would bring money, sponsorship, or or\u2026. for that I would be Hr. G\u00f6hner stayed. But when he came out as a doping investigator and wanted to see pee -> well I let the professional do it himself. I don't find it funny to pee while watching. (yes, shows that the doping investigators really know the athletes \ud83d\ude42 If he thought you were Michi G\u00f6hner, next time I'll be Timo ... haha)<\/span><\/p>\n

The other morning the Rono boss stood in the kitchen with a bikini and the fresh coffee pot. Guys, I thought for a few minutes I am in paradise ... (My male readers are currently writing that they finally want to see a picture! \ud83d\ude09<\/span><\/p>\n

Cooking: When Simone is there, an attempt is made to conjure up several courses. Mom: the only thing I can do and now is load the dishwasher AND turn it on. I needed help from the professional triathlete with the washing machine. (ok Thomas, time for your next relationship)<\/span><\/p>\n

Simone passed Michi while running (on the way to the toilet)<\/p>\n

Sporty:<\/strong>
Swimming: the turtles on land are faster, I'm hoping for my dolphin friends on Saturday (let's see if they want to get up so early)<\/span><\/p>\n

Bike: only headwind and flat feet
Running: no longer works, the A-tendon hurts so much (yes then take a break from running until Saturday!)<\/span><\/p>\n

Everyone wants to be among the top ten. That is my goal now: 1st finish line. 2. top ten (hours) 3. Franconian flag
(That's right, just stay humble, but you can do that Thomas)<\/span><\/p>\n

Tatoo survey from last time:<\/strong>
Result: turtle on one cheek, dolphin on the other. Did you mean the cheek on your face or the A-cheek? (mmhh ... I like to leave that decision to the others \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n

The mood is great.
Mom: was SO also in church - hardly understood anything.
The new neighbor is now Jan Raphael and his girlfriend. The family + mother-in-law moved in with Timo Bracht. Recently a\u2026 masseur came to our flat. I hoped in vain for a physiotherapist. As a result, my muscles are still "hard". (I thought you were in Paradis, there aren't any male masseurs ... laugh)<\/span><\/p>\n

Got me a t-shirt that only the top ten in the world got. I'll walk through the street with it tomorrow. (Modesty, the second, Thomas you are really a down-to-earth guy! \ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/p>\n
