Hi Krelli,<\/em><\/p>\n

I read your triathlon book last winter. I found some impressions very inspiring. I then took one of them to heart. You have pinned a post-it with the inscription Sub 9 on the mirror as a motivation. My goal for next year is the Ironman in Hawaii.<\/em><\/p>\n

As a little motivation, I modeled the whole island out of wood and hung it on the wall in my living room. I once sent you a photo.<\/em><\/p>\n

Wow, I didn't know that you could make such a plastic model out of wood !! But there is guaranteed to be a lot of work. And then the palm is placed next to it. I am very pleased that something like this has developed from my Post-It tip \ud83d\ude42 I will try to expand the topic in the second edition. There is still so much potential in mental training that it is hard to imagine.<\/p>\n
