So dear friends, on Sunday it's that time again and a long distance is just around the corner.
\nClean the bike again today and off it goes at 06:30 !!<\/p>\n

I feel good and, for the first time, really rested \ud83d\ude42 If you feel like it, I am always happy to receive loud support, which especially helps me when running. You can recognize me by the white GfK top (the only one of the entire event) and also by the number 41 \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

I am wavering between two racing strategies:<\/p>\n

1. I already have my Sub-9, so more risk, i.e. on the bike
\n2. Or (more likely) to throw everything at the marathon<\/p>\n

I let myself be surprised \ud83d\ude09
\nuntil Sunday!<\/p>\n
