A much too short blue shirt that I bought years ago, my fitness pants from strength training and color-coordinated yellow Crocs on my noble feet. My girlfriend threatened to throw everything away if I put that on again!<br \/>\n-&gt; By the way, thanks to Tobi for the photo.<\/p>\n<p>A little review of last week:<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-qlQ1C8Z-ST4\/TezFQdCoeYI\/AAAAAAAACX4\/0wH3TDGCjHw\/s1600\/training.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-qlQ1C8Z-ST4\/TezFQdCoeYI\/AAAAAAAACX4\/0wH3TDGCjHw\/s400\/training.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"146\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">click to enlarge<\/span><\/div>\n<p>In view of my 1.5 week training deficit during our move, in which I really did zero training because I was completely exhausted after all the hauling in the evening, I have now decided to go full throttle for five weeks. The first week started moderately, but got interesting from the middle of the week when I slowly got back into training \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>The days off were too good for me to taper, and since my focus is on July anyway, I ended the training week with the wonderful middle distance at Lake Steinberger See. I was a bit nervous, though, because I had never been in a middle distance before with a heavy load. My expectation was therefore quite broad, from the podium to the last place.<\/p>\n<p>The swim went quite well, but it is nowhere near enough for Roth. The cycling was surprisingly intense because I got my pulse up here too. Maybe it was also the new HaiBike that I got a few days ago \ud83d\ude09 When I was running, however, I had the feeling that not much was possible. Part of it is due to the non-rhythmic route, partly because there were no gels at the refreshment points. As well as the event was organized, you should offer gels instead of bananas or even corny bars! I desperately stuffed the latter in after 10km, but couldn&#039;t get it down.<\/p>\n<p>Nonetheless, after cycling I was able to make up three more places and finally cross the finish line as a total of 3.
