\nOf course, I also have to post the absolute top performance from my buddy Andi Dreitz. On the middle distance in Heilbronn he finished 3 last weekend, behind B\u00f6cherer and Kienle !! He did not even drive 2 minutes slower than the latter, all hats off! http:\/\/www.die2bergziegen.de\/Aktuelles.html<\/a><\/p>\n

Now I don't feel so bad anymore that I fell out of his slipstream in the last league competition \ud83d\ude09 My training colleague Sebastian Penciler did not do any less well and came in 7th. Congratulations!<\/p>\n

Yesterday I took part in an RTF for the first time. It was really great fun and we were a fun group. I hope the other group participants say the same. Eight of us started. Unfortunately, only two of us arrived, after 185km, 2300m altitude and with a 32mm cut. I actually wanted to run on it for an hour afterwards, but only managed 30 minutes because after 20 I was completely empty and had forgotten my gels ... but maybe it was a good thing that I didn't run any longer.<\/p>\n

By the way, that was my longest bike unit EVER! So far I have only cycled 7x 180km, but never 185km, man I was proud of myself \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
