Nothing for aesthetes yet, but at least \ud83d\ude42 All swimming test times were pulverized because I save about one second per turn. It&#039;s not much use to me for the open water in summer, unless I roll through the lake, but it is for the league competitions, since there is almost always swimming in the outdoor pool. In addition, I have a more fluid swimming feeling during training, as the &quot;swimming flow&quot; is not always interrupted by holding onto the edge of the pool.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, over the last few weeks and months I have recognized a &quot;desired&quot; increase in my basic running pace.<br \/>\nAnd now the best for last, it remains sunny !!!!!!!!!!!!! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>skin in!<br \/>\nkrelli<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>... went very well.
