This was sorely necessary, as Julia had to pick me up early on Wednesday evening (after 400m) from swimming training, I was so flat \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>After pizza and doner kebab \u201call day long\u201d on Thursday, the batteries were recharged for Friday and off we went. My little personal highlight on the weekend, in addition to the Run &amp; Bike event, happened on Saturday. With a pulse of about 10 beats below my LD competition pulse, I was able to get my long run over with at a nice average speed of 4:24 \/ km.
