Due to the weather, I was able to collect a few kilometers by bike again. Whereby we drove the first 100 of the season in a fun group on Sunday. Then a little paddock and the sunniest day so far was done. During the last run in particular, the sprints that I have done a lot recently became noticeable and I was able to progressively increase the pace a little.<\/p>\n<p>I think that I would already manage a 3:10 marathon time on the long distance, but it should be a little faster So I hope that the weather will remain so mild to bring the bike shape up again. For swimming it is more important whether my shoulder can take as much training again.
